Eating Grass
Munching on grass is a natural behaviour in dogs. It can be linked to many reasons and some of them have to do with health, but not all.

Sometimes dogs have stomach upsets or problems and they will eat grass to purge themselves. Some authors consider this behaviour as dogs being able to medicate themselves. This area of knowledge is called Zoopharcognosis. If you want to know more, take a look here:
And sometimes is just because it tastes nice. In spring, new growth is tender and yummy so if you notice your dog eating more grass at this time of the year consider this possibility.
